The final list of candidates proposed for membership of BoA SNN, published on the company’s website, shows that there are 11 candidates, of which eight are the current members.
The Energy Ministry proposes three new candidates: Cosmin Ghiță, SNN General Manager; Remus Vulpescu, managing director of Romaero, former head of the Office of State Ownership and Privatization in Industry (OPSPI), in 2012, former advisor to the Minister of Energy, and Mihai Chişu, one of the most well-known brokers in the local capital market, former advisor to Prime Minister Mihai Tudose.
