Carmencita Constantin will be responsible for overseeing project implementation, expanding the company’s business portfolio and strengthening partnerships with key industry stakeholders. She will also play a key role in increasing organisational efficiency, driving innovation and promoting the company’s commitment to sustainable and clean energy solutions. In addition, she will lead the development of a mentorship programme aimed at fostering the next generation of energy leaders within the RCI Holding ecosystem.
