The four joint-venture companies controlled in equal proportions by the state company Complexul Energetic Oltenia and OMV Petrom have launched the tender for contracting the construction works of the four photovoltaic parks with a total power of over 450 MW provided for in the restructuring plan and decarbonation of CE Oltenia, according to Profit.ro.
The procedure aims to select contractors for the design, purchase, construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance for 3 years and handover of the mentioned photovoltaic plants, which are to be erected on the slag and ash deposits of the energy branches of the Complex, as well as on the dumps of the mining branch.
The total value of the purchase is estimated at 374.65 million euros plus VAT, and offers must be submitted by December 14. The auction thus aims at awarding contracts for the construction of the photovoltaic parks Ișalnița (minimum installed power of 85 MW, estimated cost of 69.57 million euros plus VAT), Rovinari Est (110 MW and a 400/110 kV transformer station, 103.67 million euro plus VAT), Tismana 1 (123 MW, 100.28 million euro plus VAT) and Tismana 2 (131.67 MW, 101.12 million euro plus VAT). Water parks must be designed for a minimum lifespan of 25 years.
