A new Supervisory Board was voted on Monday for the Oltenia Energy Complex.

The members are: Cristian Eugen Radu, Gheorghe Stirbu, Carmen Gabriela Popa, Marius Manescu, Marius Dumitrascu, Eftenoiu Madalin Cornel, Georgescu Petre Madalin.

The summoning of the General Assembly of the Shareholders of the Oltenia Energy Complex (CEO) for July 1 by the Ministry of Energy to elect a new Supervisory Board by applying the cumulative vote method triggered a real media scandal over the past month, according to financialintelligence.ro.

According to some sources, CE Oltenia’s management would be also changed – but other sources consulted by energynomics.ro claim otherwise.
