CEZ Customer Relations Centers Sale from Argeș, Dolj, Gorj, Mehedinți, Olt, Teleorman and Vâlcea counties, as well as the offices in Timișoara, Iași and Reșița, keep their activity suspended throughout the emergency, as a supplementary measure of precaution and responsibility.

At the same time, the Oltenia distribution operator maintains suspended the activity of its User Relations Centers in Argeș, Dolj, Gorj, Mehedinți, Olt, Teleorman and Vâlcea counties. The Oltenia Distribution User Relations Centers from Argeș, Dolj, Gorj, Mehedinți, Olt, Teleorman and Vâlcea counties will remain closed throughout the state of emergency declared at national level. During this period, energy consumers can receive the information they need through alternative communication channels.
