CEZ customers over the age of 65 will be able to contact the CEZ Vânzare supplier via a new telephone line, between 8:00 and 20:00, available until mid-June 2020, according to a company release.
At the same time, the electricity and natural gas supplier CEZ Vânzare recommends to its customers to resort to alternative communication channels for solving all the requests in the relationship with the supplier.
“For customers over 65 years old, CEZ Vânzare has prepared a dedicated telephone number, with normal tariff in the national networks: 0318 222 842. Calling the number dedicated to customers over 65 years old will make a direct contact with a call center operator, without going into the IVR Dynamic menu (interactive voice assistant). The idea of offering customers over the age of 65 a new way to talk to CEZ Vânzare came as an additional measure to protect this category of customers in the context of CoVid – 19, but also an option that provides them with the information they need,” it is mentioned in the release, according to Agerpres.
At the same time, the supplier CEZ Vânzare encourages its customers to use online payment systems to pay invoices (My CEZ portal or internet banking means of payment, provided by the banking units).
