Chimcomplex announces a new structure of the Board of Directors elected during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on July 31, the number of members being reduced from 7 to 5 in order to make the decision-making process more efficient.
The new composition of the Board consists of four independent members. Three of them, Liviu Cojoc, Madeline Alexander and Gabriel Tischer, have worked together with Ștefan Vuza on the Chimcomplex Board for at least two years, which provides continuity and stability in the company’s governance.

Members of the Board of Directors elected for a new mandate
Liviu Cojoc, entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the chemical products market for industry and agriculture. He is an associate of several agricultural companies in central Transylvania.
Madeline Alexander, financial expert with over 30 years of international experience in auditing and financial consulting, including in the chemical industry. During the last 25 years of activity, she was a partner in Big 4 audit companies. Mrs. Alexander is accredited as a US GAAP and IFRS expert in the United States and Romania. She is a member of the Chamber of Financial Auditors from Romania (CAFR), ASPAAS, CECCAR as well as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the United States of America.
Gabriel Tischer, a graduate of the Faculty of Engineering at the “Lucian Blaga” University in Sibiu and of the master’s degree in industrial management, has led several companies in the fields of trade, construction, services or finance throughout his professional career, occupying , also the position of president of the board of directors of several companies in the industry and of Sibiu International Airport.
Cosmin Șoaita, entrepreneur with international experience in strategic management, internal audit, procurement and structured financing. He is a doctor in economics at the Paris1 Panthèon Sorbonne University, Paris, France and an associate lecturer at the Lucian Blaga University in Sibiu. Mr. Şoaita now joins the Board bringing a vast business expertise.
