The executive team is separated from the administrative one, the new management system being designed to facilitate the implementation of the development strategy in the most balanced way. The newly appointed executive is supported by the Board of Directors on principles of corporate governance, and together they will implement the company’s development plan for the period 2020 – 2022. Chimcomplex executives are competent and experienced leaders for positioning the company towards sustainable growth. They bring global expertise in the industry, commercial and production, strengthening the company,” according to the statement quoted by Agerpres.
