The OMV Petrom SA Supervisory Board granted new mandates to the following members of the OMV Petrom Directorate for a period of four years from April 17, 2019 until April 16, 2023: Christina Verchere – Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Board; Peter Zeilinger – Member of the Board responsible for Upstream activity; Radu Căprău – Member of the Downstream Oil Directorate and Franck Neel – Member of the Downstream Gas Directorate, announced the company.

Moreover, the Supervisory Board of OMV Petrom S.A. confirmed the decision of 26 April 2018 to appoint Alina-Gabriela Popa as Financial Director and Member of the Board with a four-year mandate from April 17, 2019 until April 16, 2023.
