The projects in Romania will be planned, engineered and developed jointly by NEK Umwelttechnik AG (established in Zurich, Switzerland, in 1989), and Eolica Dobrogea. These companies have considerable experience in the development of wind energy projects worldwide, and Eolica Dobrogea (Schweiz) AG was proud to announce and elect these two companies to be its main engineering utilities for the Romanian wind energy portfolio.
