The Competition Council analyzes the transaction by which the company SNEF SA, France, takes over the company Comoserv SRL – active on the Azochim platform in Târgu Mureș.

The main activity of SNEF SA consists of electrical installations for the energy, maritime, nuclear and telecommunications sectors.

Comoserv SRL is a company active in the market of industrial mechanical engineering services. Comoserv split in July, transferring assets of over 920,000 euros and capital of 1.2 million euros, but also debts of about 325,000 euros to another company, Andu Imobiliare, owned partly by one of Comoserv shareholders.
