Competition analyzes the takeover of the 80 MW Eolica Dobrogea wind farm by Premier Energy

The Competition Council is analyzing the transaction through which Premier Renewable Invest intends to take over Eolica Dobrogea One.

Premier Renewable Invest, a holding company, established for the purpose of acquiring Eolica Dobrogea One S.A., is part of the Premier Energy group. The Premier Energy Group is active in the production, marketing and supply of electricity, in the marketing of green certificates, in the distribution and supply of natural gas, as well as in activities related to the distribution of natural gas.

Eolica Dobrogea One S.A. is a wind power producer and operates a park with an installed capacity of 80 MW, located in Mihai Viteazu commune, Constanța county.

In accordance with the provisions of the Competition Law (no. 21/1996), this transaction must be authorized by the Competition Council, which will evaluate it in order to establish its compatibility with a normal competitive environment and will issue a decision within the terms provided by law.
