Cristian Bosoanca has been re-elected chairman of the Board of Directors of Electrica since January 1, 2021, it is shown in a release sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
“On December 15, 2020, the Board of Directors elected Mr. Cristian Bosoanca as Chairman of the Board of Directors starting with January 1, 2021 and until December 31, 2021,” the document states.
Iulian Cristian Bosoancă was initially elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors starting with July 18. He replaced Valentin Radu, who resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, which he held since December 2018. Born in 1976, Iulian Cristian Bosoancă has extensive professional experience in economics (accounting, finance, taxation), having over 20 years of activity. Since 2016, Bosoancă holds the position of President of the C.E.C.C.A.R. – Mehedinți Branch, as well as a lecturer within the C.E.C.C.A.R. At the same time, he is an associate and administrator within the company Expert Contabilitate & Servicii S.R.L. and in the Individual Cabinet of Accounting and Judicial Expertise.
