Delgaz Grid is developing a new investment, which consists of the modernization of five transformation stations.
The investment is co-financed with approximately 19.5 million lei from the European Regional Development Fund (through POIM 2014-2020, Priority Axis 6: Promoting clean energy and energy efficiency in order to support a low carbon economy), as well as about 3.5 million lei from the national budget, the company contribution being of over 8 million lei.
Within the project, the transformation stations of Huşi, Stanilești, Vetrişoaia, Fălciu and Murgeni (110/ 20kV) from Vaslui county will be modernized by replacing high and medium voltage equipment. Also, the necessary conditions for the integration into SCADA (remote data acquisition and control) of the five transformation stations will be created.
The works will run for a period of four years and have as main objective the increase of the security of the taking in of the electricity produced from renewable resources by reducing the number of interruptions, reducing the quantity of electricity not delivered and reducing the maintenance costs of the distribution network.
At the same time, the quality of the distribution service will be improved for over 40,000 customers who are supplied from the stations included in the project.
