Dispatch activities, interventions to resolve incidents and disturbances, as well as maintenance works continue to be normal, but some of the on-site work has been limited, Delgaz Grid officials say.

The activity of processing the requests for connection to the network and issuing the site notices will be done exclusively online and the activity of the Public Relations Centers will be temporarily suspended, starting on Monday, March 23, the company announced.

Thus, the basic activities: dispatcher, interventions to solve incidents and disturbances in the energy networks, as well as the maintenance of the distribution system continue to be carried out normally. However, part of the fieldwork was limited, in order to protect clients and employees, without affecting the safety and continuity of the power supply.

Regarding the activity of processing the requests for connection to the network and issuing the site notices, this will be done exclusively online, through the Delgaz Grid portal.
