The activity of the Oltenia distribution operator carried out so far with alternative solutions (NTL teams, measurement, etc.) as well as some of its staff will return to the traditional format, either at the office or in the field, with the addition of safety conditions.

“We have passed well throughout this period, we have constantly adapted to the conditions imposed by the epidemiological context and we have put in the first place both the safety of our employees and partners and that of energy consumers. We remain extremely attentive to the needs of our staff and the community and we take all measures to ensure the continuity of electricity supply in our operational area,” said Eugen Butoarcă, Executive Director of Distributie Oltenia.

During the state of emergency, Distributie Oltenia reorganized its operational activity so as to further ensure the supply of electricity to consumers in the counties of Argeş, Dolj, Gorj, Mehedinţi, Olt, Teleorman and Vâlcea and to reduce as much as possible the contact between its employees and consumers, for their mutual protection.

Starting with May 18, 2020, DEO will gradually resume the activities that required access to property for its teams and partners.
