The draft budget for 2019 of the City Hall of Bucharest (PMB), which is under public debate, does not comply with the legal requirements, according to the former head of RADET, Gabriel Dumitraşcu. According to him, the budget proposal does not include the financial data for the years 2017 and 2018, so it is impossible to make a comparative analysis of the 2019 proposals.
Dumitraşcu notified the Minister of Public Finance and the Prefect of Bucharest about the irregularities found and asked to intervene and to oblige the City Hall of Bucharest to abide to the law, according to financialintelligence.ro.
Dumitraşcu sent a letter to the Minister of Public Finance, Eugen Teodorovici, according to which the budget proposal for Bucharest in 2019 is “illegal and non-transparent”.
