On Monday, the Board of Directors of Electrica elected Dumitru Chiriță, former president of the Energy Regulatory Authority, as president of the CA starting on February 12, 2024 and until December 31, 2024, according to a report submitted to the Stock Exchange Bucharest values.

Also, the Board of Directors decided to establish two positions of vice president, positions in which Dragoş Valentin Neacșu and Adrian Florin Lotrean were appointed, starting on February 12, 2024 and ending on December 31, 2024.

CA also decided the composition of its advisory committees, for the mentioned period. Thus, the Audit and Risk Committee will include Valentina Elena Siclovan – president and Adrian Florin Lotrean, Ion-Cosmin Petrescu members.

Regarding the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, its composition is: Adrian Florin Lotrean – president and Marian Cristian Mocanu and Ion Cosmin Petrescu members.

President of the Strategy and Corporate Governance Committee was appointed Marian Cristian Mocanu, and members Dumitru Chiriță and Dragoş Valentin Neacșu.

The Climate Governance and Public Policies Committee has the following composition: Dragoş Valentin Neacșu – president; Valentina Elena Siclovan – member; Georgiana Bogasievici – member.
