“The Decision is issued regarding the economic concentration that will be achieved through the acquisition of joint control by E.ON Romania and Adrem Invest of Instalaţii Interioare, observing that although the notified operation falls within the law competition, there are no serious doubts about its compatibility with a normal competitive environment,” the decision of the Competition Council stated.
