E.ON Energie România announces that it maintains its commitments and complies with all the conditions provided in the contracts concluded with its customers, and they are not affected in any way by the possible change of the majority shareholder, according to a press release.
If completed, the transaction has effects at the shareholder level, without impacting the operations, contracts or obligations assumed by E.ON Energie România. All existing contracts are and will remain valid, and customers can be confident that the contractual obligations and the quality of the services offered will be fully respected.
In addition to the activity of supplying natural gas and electricity, E.ON Energie România will continue to develop innovative services and products, which meet the highest standards of energy efficiency.
Through its teams of specialists, the company will continue to offer and develop energy efficiency services and products, which will help customers optimize their energy consumption, without reducing their comfort.
“We have a portfolio of over 3.5 million customers, and more than a quarter of them have opted for our energy efficiency solutions. Over 2 million customers manage their contracts online, and 1.7 million have chosen electronic billing. We thank our customers for the choices they have made and assure them that we will continue to offer them the best energy and supply solutions, respecting, as before, the contractual commitments and clauses,” says Claudia Griech, General Manager of E.ON Energie Romania.
E.ON Energie România has installed 3,500 photovoltaic systems for residential customers in the Casa Verde 2023 program, successfully covering all customers with AFM validated files who selected E.ON in the 2023 session.
In the current edition of the program, E.ON Energie România ensures the installation, within a maximum of six months, of the complete solution with photovoltaic panels and energy storage system for the first 3,000 customers who select E.ON in the AFM platform. The company has allocated over 50 internal and partner teams throughout the country and over 30 E.ON engineers, experts in the design and installation of photovoltaic systems, who closely monitor all installation teams.
The E.ON solution, dedicated to the Casa Verde program, is a turnkey one – specialists are the ones who evaluate the place of consumption, prepare the technical project, obtain the necessary approvals, install the photovoltaic plant system, and, after completing the process, take care of obtaining the prosumer file.
To date, over 59,000 customers have chosen the E.ON Life heating solution, with condensing plants. The plants have an efficiency of 108% and can bring savings on consumption of up to 30%, under certain conditions of use. The company provides all-inclusive services: from transportation, installation and commissioning, to mandatory periodic checks and revisions and 24/7 emergency interventions, as well as the possibility of paying in installments with zero down payment.
On average, annually, about 160,000 E.ON Energie România customers choose to create an account on E.ON Myline for the ease and speed that the platform offers in terms of managing electricity/natural gas contracts, consumption locations, consumption achieved, billing and payment, respectively access to updated information and personalized offers of energy efficiency solutions. At this time, over 2.18 million residential customers are registered on the online platform (66%), and over 1.77 million residential customers have opted for electronic billing.
