The city of Cluj-Napoca becomes the host of the first E.ON concept store in Romania from August 22. The people of Cluj and beyond will have the opportunity to explore the newest solutions for energy efficiency, to be inspired by the ideas and advice of experts on energy saving and to discover self-service digital services for controlling energy consumption, by visiting the store opened by E. ON Energie Romania on the ground floor of Iulius Mall.
The space comes in response to the challenges and expectations of energy consumers and highlights the most sought-after products and services from E.ON, in a gallery that brings together static and interactive media elements with state-of-the-art energy equipment.
“We are delighted to announce the opening of the first E.ON concept store, unique in the region, as part of our commitment to promote energy efficiency measures and a sustainable lifestyle. By creating an innovative space dedicated to learning and discovery, we aim to inspire visitors to embrace ecological practices and contribute to a more sustainable future,” says Claudia Griech, general director of E.ON Energie Romania.
“To implement such a concept, interdisciplinary technical expertise is needed, which is the basis of Square One’s work philosophy and the vision through which we try to shape the future more beautifully. All our projects are unique, tailored specifically to the client’s wishes, so the architecture of the E.ON concept store is atypical. Creatively, we wanted to generate a timeless, spectacular architectural object, with the objective of a visual impact and which, equally, would represent a familiar and warm space, hence the choice of wood. The architecture of the space takes the visitor through the E.ON universe, presenting the solutions from the portfolio both physically and virtually, through fixed and interactive media interfaces and through an organic spatial route, with fluid shapes, given by the cylindrical elements and the lighting system . Thus, we generate the visitor’s sense of curiosity, the desire to discover both the space and the displayed content. I have to thank the E.ON team for the trust offered and the courage to accept the concept proposed by us,” says the architect Adrian Cancer-Zeana.
Within the innovative space, E.ON Energie Romania offers personalized consulting services, information about programs and subsidies regarding the purchase of sustainable equipment, but also access from anywhere and anytime to online platforms for educating sustainable behavior. We are talking about heating solutions with gas thermal power plants, air conditioning solutions, 2 in 1 heating-cooling solutions with heat pumps, charging stations for electric mobility and photovoltaic systems for the production of electricity from the solar source, but also solutions all-in-one, mobile applications for controlling energy consumption.
Visitors are guided step by step on a journey from discovery to inspiration and exploration through access and exposure to green energy solutions and low carbon digital services.
E.ON Energie Romania consultants are present to customize advice and solutions for energy efficiency on the specifics of each visitor.
In the future, the E.ON concept store aims to become an educational hub as well, by hosting events of sustainability partners, experts of the brands in the company’s portfolio.
All those who will visit this new store between August 22 and September 5 can enter the raffle with substantial prizes offered by E.ON.
