Ebury Romania, a personalized exchange and financing exchange services company, announces the possibility of acquiring, by companies and NGOs, the necessary medical equipment, from over 30 suppliers with whom the company is in daily contact during this period, according to a release quoted by Agerpres.

The list of medical devices that can be ordered includes masks (surgical, FFP2, KN95, N95), visors, goggles, gloves (sterile, non-sterile), suits, disposable medical robes, Covid19 tests and disinfectant, non-contact thermometers.

“Product stocks are very dynamic, the list being constantly updated by the company’s employees in direct contact with suppliers. Due to Ebury’s global presence, this support campaign was started in January, when hospitals in China needed equipment. Currently, the flow of medical equipment works in the opposite direction, their supply being assured to Europe, with the help of the Chinese equipment manufacturers, who have returned to the factories,” the statement said.

According to the quoted source, in two weeks, orders were completed in Spain, Romania, Canada, Germany and the United Kingdom for over 800,000 masks of different types, over 7,000 disinfectant bottles, as well as for 100,000 Covid19 test kits purchased by Ebury’s investor, the Spanish bank Santander, and many other orders are being processed.

Given the frequent changes in terms of logistics conditions, at this time, the approximate China – Romania (customs) transportation time is 7-14 business days. Also, for products with depleted stock, the required manufacturing time varies between 7-14 days. However, Ebury cannot provide guarantees regarding the Romanian customs procedures, as they are not under the company’s jurisdiction.
