The Board of Directors of Electrica approved the consolidated value of the Investment Plan (CAPEX) of the Group for the year 2024, in the total amount of over 1.12 billion lei, according to the information sent to BVB.

“Of this value, 878 million lei represent the 2024 annual financial plan of the distribution subsidiary Distribucie Energie Electrică România S.A. with regard to investments (the financial part of the individual investment plan); 63 million lei represents the 2024 annual financial plan of Electrica Furnizare S.A. with regard to investments (the financial part of the individual investment plan); 69.9 million lei represents the 2024 annual financial plan of the individual Electrica SA (ELSA) in terms of investments (the financial part of the individual investment plan); 10.3 million lei represents the 2024 annual financial plan of Electrica Serv S.A. in terms of investments (the financial part of the individual investment plan) and 106.1 million lei represents the 2024 annual financial plan of Sunwind Energy S.R.L. (SWE) in terms of investments (the financial part of the individual investment plan),” according to the BVB report.

At the same time, the mandate of Alexandru‑Aurelian Chiriță as General Director was extended until December 31, 2024.
