Anamaria Dana Acristini-Georgescu ended, on May 1, 2021, her four-year term as Executive Director for Corporate Business Development at Electrica, the company announced.

On May 1, 2017, Anamaria Acristini took over the position of Executive Director of Strategy and Performance Management and, in the last 4 years, she coordinated several Directorates within Electrica SA, occupying in turn the positions of Executive Director of Strategy and M&A and Executive Director for Corporate Business Development, as well as the position of Executive Director of Human Resources – interim for one year.

With over 15 years of experience in the energy field, especially from a strategic and financial perspective, Anamaria Acristini has carried out numerous major projects in several companies in the industry. Previously, she held various positions in renowned consulting companies, such as Ernst & Young, Mazars or KPMG – participating from this position in key projects for various energy companies, both in the country and abroad.
