“The company voluntarily offers a discount to consumers who want to enter the competitive market, but have not yet had time to make an informed decision. The discount applies for the period between January 1, 2021 and the time when they opts for a free market offer, anytime until 31 August 2021. The discount will reflect the difference between the universal service price and the competitive offer price chosen by the consumer, thus supporting its easy transition to the competitive market and offering enough time to make the best choice,” it is mentioned in the release of Electrica Furnizare, according to Agerpres.

Also, the company’s clients have at their disposal a simplified process of concluding a contract in a competitive regime, being necessary only the identity document. The procedure is also easy for new customers, in addition to the identity card being required only a deed of ownership or a declaration on their own responsibility, according to Electrica Furnizare.
