Given the evolution of the situation related to Coronavirus (Covid-19), Electrica Furnizare, the electricity and natural gas supply company within the Electrica Group, has decided to temporarily suspend activities that involve direct interaction with customers, in accordance with recommendations and measures adopted by authorities, the company announced.

“Thus, to protect the health of the clients, partners and employees of the company and, implicitly, to limit the spread of Coronavirus in the communities in which we operate, all the customer relations centers in the area of SFEE Transilvania Sud, SFEE Transilvania Nord, SFEE Muntenia Nord , including the work points in Bucharest, Iași and Tulcea, will temporarily suspend their activity, between 17.03.2020-20.03.2020, and we will re-evaluate the situation according to the evolution of the epidemiological context,” the company officials say.
