Electrica SA reported an individual net profit (preliminary and unaudited) decreasing by 13.5% in 2019 compared to 2018, to 257.7 million lei in 2019, while the net profit per share was of 0.76 lei, compared to 0.88 lei, according to the preliminary results on December 31, 2019, sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).

At group level, the consolidated net profit amounted to 206 million lei, decreasing by over 10% compared to the amount of 230 million lei registered in 2018.

The company’s assets are worth about 7.8 billion lei, slightly increasing from about 7.5 billion lei in 2018.

Electrica’s equity was of about 5.59 billion lei at the end of last year, and total liabilities amounted to 2.2 billion lei, according to Agerpres.

The Board of Directors of Electrica approved, at its meeting last week, the consolidated value of the Group’s investment plan (CAPEX) for 2020, in a total amount of 678.2 million lei, according to another report of the company submitted to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
