Electrica SA announces on its website that it is looking for high level professional for the executive team, for the Chief Strategy Officer position. The applications and selection process will be managed in full confidentiality by Pedersen & Partners and will include interviews and competencies assessment.

The CSO he has the overall responsibility of developing and ensuring the implementation of the Group Strategy of Electrica SA, a company with more than 9000 employees and a turnover of +EUR 1 billion.

The CSO will be reporting to the CEO and to the Board of Directors. Part of the executive team, the CSO is instrumental for the organization transformation, Group strategic targets setting and performance system definition and implementation. He/she will contribute to the organization development together with the other Executive Directors, instilling a performance driven culture and leading by example.

Electrica informs that one of the conditions for those interested is to have a technical or economical university degree; MBA or other professional qualifications. Another prerequisite is previous exposure in a leading role in the energy sector, with track record in leading transformation projects (business turnaround, restructuring, etc.) of minimum 7 years.
