On Wednesday, April 30, from 09.00 AM, Energynomics organizes in Chișinău, Hotel Radisson Blu Leogrand (Loft Hall) – see the map! – the 7th conference dedicated to the Republic of Moldova in our Regional Approach series. This B2B in-person conference is an excellent opportunity to interact with the strongest leaders in the business environment in Romania and the Republic of Moldova. This half-day conference is meant to put together Romanian experts and decision-makers from the energy industry, with their peers in the host city, in order to facilitate an exchange of ideas and future business cooperation.

Against the background of the general objectives of the Regional Approach project – to promote Romanian energy expertise on international markets while presenting opportunities on the local market to potential external partners – we aim to highlight opportunities for the development of energy value chains for the energy transition in the two countries – hydrogen, batteries, photovoltaics, wind, electric cars, etc.
CONTEXT
The common history, language and culture are solid arguments for a closer connection between companies and authorities in the two countries, for a beneficial transfer of human, technological and organizational resources. In addition, the links between the two energy systems can and should be strengthened, for added security, comfort and well-being on both sides of the Prut.
The largest country in the region, Romania has a special relationship with the Republic of Moldova and many to offer, including in the energy sector, capitalizing on the geographical neighborhood, the tradition of over 150 years and the most recent experience of modernization and European integration.
This experience has already begun to be transferred on the ground, in the classrooms, through institutional collaborations, and through the involvement of companies active in Romania in the economy of the Republic of Moldova. The dominant themes in Europe are starting to move to Romania and can contribute to higher standards of living, as well as to stronger businesses in the Republic of Moldova. Be part of a conversation aimed at developing an active professional community, in which innovation and entrepreneurship test ideas and provide solutions to everyday problems: interconnection, cogeneration, waste recovery, automation, energy efficiency, heating/cooling, prosuming!
