Wednesday, on February 28th, from 9:90 am at ARCUB, Column Hall – Str. Lipscani nr. 84-90, energynomics.ro invites you to another informal Energy Breakfast Club meeting, dedicated to experts and decision makers in the energy industry: Smart buildings – what we need for having more. „Location, location, location!” is for centuries an ever-true mantra in real estate business. However, real estate projects have increasingly gained the power to change even the geography of cities; not only with their sizes, but by creating new urban transit streams and by introducing new behaviors for groups and individuals. Intelligent buildings are no longer just remote landmarks or marketing hooks, but they have become reality, as a result of sound partnerships between real estate developers, technology providers and customers/beneficiaries. Reducing energy consumption with lighting and HVAC are already accepted as basic requests; they are supplemented by specific requirements (e.g. energy management of some dozens of server) and additional serviced to optimize the behavior of buildings themselves (energy supply, monitoring, reporting, secure data transmission, response, etc.).

Energy Breakfast Club is a meeting of 2 to 3 hours where energy specialists have the opportunity to keep themselves up to date with the latest information and the most influential views on one the hot topics of the moment.

As a host, energynomics.ro will provide – from 08:30 AM – the MC and the coffee, will propose the theme and will launch the invitations for the speakers. They are selected accordingly with their best knowledge of the topic and are responsible for organizing ideas and stimulating intellectual challenges. Presentations will not exceed 20 minutes and are intended to be starting points for a dynamic exchange of ideas and perspectives.
