Spring Cocktail 2021: Energy forecasts for the year
25 Mar 2021 @ 18:00 - 21:00
On March 25, from 06:00 PM, Energynomics organizes the 8th edition of Spring Cocktail!
We aim at discussing the current business trends in the energy industry and the connected sectors, but also the options that companies in the industry have for managing the energy transition in the context of the efforts for recovery from the economic crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. We will focus on the macro-trends and priorities resulting from the policies of the European Union, we will put them in context, to find out from experts and decision-makers how they weight the different, sometimes divergent, objectives in their business strategies for 2021 and the years to come.
“2021 is the first in the European Union’s new multiannual financial framework, the first year when the policies derived from the European Green Deal start to receive financial support. It is time to finalize the budgets and the support schemes for the energy transition, in forms that will decisively influence the investments of the next decade. Even more urgently, national plans for post-Covid-19 economic recovery are now being established, with even shorter implementation deadlines. Romania is one of the main beneficiaries of this favourable context in the region and demonstrates, through its political commitments, legislative priorities and liberalization of energy markets, full openness to investors in all energy sectors.
Just like every year, Energynomics contributes to an exchange of quality information between experts and decision-makers in its concept event Spring Cocktail!”
