Dobrogea, as a result of the decision taken by the shareholders of the three companies on February 14, 2020, FP says, at the request of Financialintelligence.ro.

Fondul Proprietatea is a minority shareholder in each of these companies, having the following holdings: 12% from E-Distributie Muntenia, 24.12% from E-Distributie Banat and 24.09% from E-Distributie Dobrogea.

The Ministry of Economy, Energy and Business Environment, through the Energy Participation Management Company (SAPE), announced today that it has negotiated the acquisition of more than 100 million euro (approximately 502 million lei) as an extraordinary dividend from three companies in the ENEL Group, in which SAPE is also a minority shareholder.
