Hidroelectrica launched on Monday the iHidro mobile application, available for Android and iOS systems, which also offers a desktop version for accessing from a computer.

According to a company release, among the key features of the iHidro application are: consumption monitoring – on the main page of the application, customers can check their current balance and quickly access the last invoice issued; they can also access the graph section of the consumption history and report the self-reading index for better energy consumption management and consumption place management – customers can manage all the consumption places for which they have a contract.

At the same time, the application has a section dedicated to invoicing, which contains the invoices issued and the history of payments made, and one dedicated to use that allows the introduction of the auto-read index and the consultation of the consumption history.

In the Services section, a link to the client.hidroelectrica portal is available, and a link to Q Desk – the application for managing complaints and reports, will be added very soon.

Hidroelectrica is the largest producer of green energy in Romania. The company operates a number of 187 power plants, with a hydropower capacity of 6.3 GW. Added to them is the Crucea wind farm, with an installed power of 108 MW.
