CEZ Group remains active in Romania, focusing on trading activities (through CEZ Trade Romania) and ESCO services (High-Tech Climate).
In the last two years, the High Tech Clima company, acquired by CEZ Group, has initiated the transition process from an HVAC company to an integrated supplier of mechanical and electrical installations. With the support of Elevion Group partner companies in Germany, Italy, Poland and the Czech Republic, the company is ready to carry out any type of project, from small to large, from simple HVAC to very complex installations, including automation and BMS, the company announced.
”Starting with January 2021, a new management team, led by Liviu Gavrilă as CEO and Chairman of the Management Board (responsible since 2015 with the implementation of the CEZ local energy services strategy), will continue to transform High Tech Clima into a renowned player in the regional market. Moreover, the management team will continue to benefit from the support and involvement of Paul Marinescu, one of the two former shareholders, who from his position on the Supervisory Board will ensure, in addition to involvement in the development of new business areas, the continuation of traditional partnerships; the planned acquisitions (to strengthen and expand local capacities) will bring High Tech Clima the necessary resources to respond in a timely manner to all types of requests and to address several large-scale projects simultaneously,” the CEZ release also states.
High Tech Clima has over 100 employees and collaborators directly involved in the execution of projects and a capacity to cover any type of project (from 0.1 – 20 million euro) – from a simple service provider to a general contractor MEP.
