Ilinca Von Derenthall and Adina-Lacrimioara Hanza received new provisional mandates in the Transgaz Board of Directors, following today’s General Shareholders’ Meeting (GSM).

Thus, the shareholders decided to “appoint Mrs. Ilinca Von Derenthall as a provisional member of the Board of Directors with a term of office of a maximum of 5 months, starting on 17.10.2023, with the possibility of extending the term, once, for another 2 months, for valid reasons”, states the communique sent to the Stock Exchange, which states that Adina-Lăcrimioara Hanza benefits from same mandate conditions.

Also, the GSM approved the form of mandate contracts for the two provisional members who will be appointed to the Board of Directors of the National Natural Gas Transport Company “Transgaz” and empowered Emilia Toader, as the representative of the majority shareholder, the Secretariat General of the Government, to sign on behalf of the company the mandate contracts with the provisional administrators of SNTGN Transgaz, according to Financialintelligence.
