Natural gas, potatoes and edible oil prices have risen the most in the past year, according to data from the National Institute of Statistics released on Wednesday.
Between April 2021 and April 2022, natural gas prices rose by 85.27%.
In the category of non-food goods, in the last year, large increases were registered, apart from natural gas, in fuels (35.69%), in thermal energy (22.98%) and in electricity (18.82%).
Compared to the previous month, gas prices rose by 26.47% in April 2022, electricity by 28.65%, and fuel and heat prices rose by 1.65%.
In the case of services, the highest annual increases were recorded for air transport (19.38%), postal services (17.50%) and water, sewerage, sanitation (17.78%), as well as other services (11.45%).
The annual inflation rate rose to 13.76% in April 2022, from 10.15% in March.
