Romania exported electricity worth 210.6 million euros in the first 11 months of 2018, while the value of the imports was of 120.8 million euros, according to data centralized by the National Institute of Statistics.
The value of exports declined by 14.9% in the reported period, while imports decreased by 34.8% compared to January-November 2017, according to Agerpres.
Under these circumstances, Romania’s surplus in international electricity trade amounted to 89.8 million euro.
In the first 11 months of 2018, total FOB exports to Romania amounted to EUR 63,128 billion, up 8.6% year-on-year and CIF imports totaled EUR 76.545 billion (plus 10.1%).
