The Interministerial Coordinating Council for the development of the market for alternative fuels (CC DPCA) is a body without legal personality, coordinated by the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Business Environment and the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure and Communications, according to a draft Order.
CC DPCA is composed of representatives, at the level of state secretary, of the General Secretariat of the Government and five ministries, according to financialintelligence.ro.
The DPCA CC includes, with the status of permanent guests, representatives, at the level of president or general director, of the following institutions: Environment Fund Administration, National Energy Regulatory Authority, Romanian Standardization Association, National Institute of Statistics.
CC DPCA ensures the coordination at national level of the actions necessary for the implementation of the Government Decision no. 87/2018 for the approval of the Strategy on the National Policy Framework for market development regarding alternative fuels in the transport sector and for the installation of relevant infrastructure in Romania, as well as the provisions of Law no. 34/2017 on the installation of alternative fuels infrastructure.
