The chemical plant Viromet Victoria, owned by Interagro’s Ioan Niculae, was restarted on Thursday. It is the first chemical unit of the six that the businessman holds that is restarted.
“Today, on July 4, gas will start to flow to Viromet, which means that in 48 hours we will have to get methanol. We have put all the facilities in place for three months now. We will produce 456 tons of methanol per day, corresponding to a consumption of 22 million cubic meters of gas. For the first time, we have a long-term contract for the supply of gas,” said Ioan Niculae, quoted by economica.net.
