OX2, a Swedish company that develops renewable energy, announces the appointment of Lăcrămioara Diaconu-Pințea as Country Manager for Romania.
OX2 entered the Romanian market in 2021, through the acquisition of a 300 MW onshore wind project. Since then, the company has established a local development, construction and trading team and has grown the portfolio to 500 MW in onshore wind projects.
“OX2 appointed Lăcrămioara Diaconu-Pințea as Country Manager, with the mission of continuing the expansion of the portfolio in the field of technologies – wind, solar, energy storage and hydrogen. Lăcrămioara Diaconu-Pințea has extensive experience in the Romanian energy sector, acquired in the framework of large-scale business transformation and growth projects, and has held several executive positions in this field. From the position of a member of the Directorate, held for the last three years, he led the transformation process of the Oltenia Energy Complex – one of the biggest players in the field of energy in Romania,” according to the company’s press release.
