Lisscom Brașov implemented at the presidential administration in Romania a project to improve the efficiency of energy consumption, as a result of which an energy efficiency of up to 80% was obtained and the investment was amortized in two months, said Cătălin Sibișan, Sales Manager of the company, during the conference “Energy efficiency for the energy transition – Oradea”, organized in Oradea by Energynomics together with the Romanian Fund for Energy Efficiency – FREE and the Directorate for Energy Efficiency within the Ministry of Energy.
“Energy consumption in buildings is 45% of total energy consumption. Building automation is the key to energy efficiency,” said Sibișan.
The company delivers digital control solutions that have the effect of amortizing the investment in a range between 12 and 24 months. Also, gas consumption is reduced by up to 26%, respectively by up to 30% in the case of electricity, while water consumption is reduced by up to 70%.
Lisscom has over 150 clients in Romania, among them are Vel Pitar, Lidl, Deutek, Jysk, Mediplus or the Cluj University Library.
Lisscom reported for 2022 a turnover of 6.1 million lei, 15% higher than the level of 5.3 million lei in 2021, and a net profit of almost one million lei, almost double compared to the previous year’s earnings.
The conference in Oradea was the 2nd of a series of 5 scheduled by the Energynomics communication platform, the Romanian Fund for Energy Efficiency – FREE and the Directorate for Energy Efficiency within the Ministry of Energy. The project is financed by Norway Grants 2014-2021.
