The only apartment complex that does not require gas connection due to the new technologies used, Loft Green, has managed to double sales in 2021, company officials say.

“We sold 70% of all available homes in the Loft Green apartments project under construction, which shows a trend in the local residential market for environmentally friendly homes, which bring innovation and new technologies compared to standard projects,” says Slavic Vlas – partner, Loft Green apartments.

“The demand for green homes, which provides increased comfort to future owners, but also substantially reduces the impact on the environment through the technologies they use, is growing. This is due to the awareness of the importance that housing has on the environment and the openness of people to innovation in construction.

“Through the Loft Green apartments project, the Ecovillas company aims, from the very beginning, to create a unique concept on the local residential market, and with each passing year we notice that this concept is more and more sought after. I have noticed that in the last 2 years more informed and educated clients have come to protect the environment, who love nature and respect it. We have chosen to implement in the complex a system with geothermal heat pumps that use the renewable energy of the earth for heating, cooling and hot water. The complex has ZERO CO2 emissions and does not use fossil fuels for heating, being the only residential apartment complex that does not require gas connections,” he added.

The LOFT green apartments complex is built between two large forests, in Mogoșoaia. Between January and April, the company recorded a doubling of sales, compared to the last quarter of 2020.

The Ecovillas company will complete this year the two blocks from the second phase of the project, the total value of the project being of approximately 10 million euro.
