The Secretary of State of the Ministry of Energy, Andrei Petrișor Maioreanu was dismissed from the position of member of the Board of Directors of the company.

In his place was proposed Alexandru Vlasiu, vice president of ALDE Arad. He will be an administrator for a period of time equal to the one remaining until the expiration of his predecessor’s mandate, respectively until June 20, 2021, according to a note presented to the shareholders, for the GSM meeting the end of July, according to Investenergy.ro.
