Romgaz’s Board of Directors decided on Wednesday to appoint Manuela Petronela Stan Olteanu as chairman of the board, according to a company statement.

In the same meeting, the composition of the committees organized at the level of the Romgaz Board of Directors was established.

Thus, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee includes Romeo Cristian Ciobanu – president, Balazs Botond, Petrus Antonius Maria Jansen, Nicolae Bogdan Simescu, Manuela Petronela Stan Olteanu, according to Agerpres.

At the same time, the Strategy Committee consists of Petrus Antonius Maria Jansen – president, Balazs Botond, Romeo Cristian Ciobanu, Marius Aristotel Jude, Nicolae Bogdan Simescu.

The Audit Committee includes Marin Marius Dumitru – chairman, Balazs Botond, Romeo Cristian Ciobanu, Jansen Petrus Antonius Maria, Marius Aristotel Jude.
