The Ministry of Energy organizes at the institution’s headquarters the conference for signing three financing contracts from the Modernization Fund for the municipalities of Craiova, Constanța and Cluj-Napoca.

The Minister of Energy, Sebastian Burduja, will be present at the signing ceremony of these contracts.

The three financing contracts are part of the call related to Key Program 5 – High-efficiency cogeneration and the modernization of heating networks – Support for the modernization and construction of high-efficiency cogeneration plants and the modernization of heating networks.

The total value of the projects exceeds 957.77 million lei (192.48 million euros), of which the financing from the Modernization Fund exceeds 693 million lei (139 million euros).
