The submission of the funding files for accessing the “Rabla Classic” and “Rabla Plus” programs is done exclusively online, and all necessary documents are accepted in electronic format, the Ministry of Environment, Water and Forests (MMAP) said, in a statement press release quoted by Agerpres.
“As a consequence of the state of emergency declared at national level, the Ministry of Environment, Water and Forests, through the Administration of the Environment Fund (AFM), applies special measures regarding the execution of the financing programs. Thus, the submission of the files within the Rabla and Rabla Programs Plus will be made fully online, all the necessary documents being accepted in electronic format, at the same time, the obligation to present the certificate of scrapping and registration anullment of the old vehicles has been replaced with an online communication to the dealer specifying the date and name of the operator where the car was scrapped. Also, the fiscal certificates regarding the local taxes have been replaced by a affidavit stating that the future owner of the new car does not have debts to the state, at the time of the purchase,” it is stated.
