The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Transelectrica approved the new provisional mandates of the members of the Supervisory Board of the company, among which are the professors at ASE (Academy of Economic Studies), Mircea Coşea and Adrian Mitroi.

If four provisional members are new, in the case of three of them mandates were prolonged, as they expired on March 29, 2019. According to a report of Transelectrica, submitted to the Bucharest Stock Exchange, the mandates entered into force on the date of March 30, 2019 and will be valid for two months.

The provisional members approved in the Supervisory Board of Transelectrica are: Adrian Mitroi, Mircea Gheorghe Dumitru Coşea, Alin Sorin Mitrică, Constantin Dumitru, Virginia Mihaela Toader, Mihaela Constantinovici and Carmen Nina Crişu, according to Agerpres.
