Transelectrica’s Supervisory Board has elected Mircea Coşea as President of the Council on Monday and appointed Florin-Radu Ciocănelea as a temporary member, according to a report of the company sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).
The term of office of the new member, Florin – Radu Ciocănelea, will expire on May 29, 2019, when the mandates of the members of the Supervisory Board expire, or before that date, at the date when the General Meeting of the Shareholders will appoint a member of the Supervisory Board on vacancy following Nina Carmen Crişu‘s non-acceptance of the mandate.
The Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of Transelectrica approved on 31 March 2019 the new provisional terms of office of the members of the Supervisory Board of the company, among which are the university professors at ASE, Mircea Coşea and Adrian Mitroi.
If four provisional members are new, in the case of three of them mandates have been extended.
