The MOL Group launches the second edition of the international program for attracting young talent UPPP. The motto of this year’s edition is “Adventure awaits you …” quintessential competition, it said in a statement.
The mollStudents are invited to enroll in the program until October 15 to participate in online competition, where they will compete in virtual scenarios, addressing strategic and industrial issues created by skilled MOL Group experts.
The first three teams will then compete for the grand prize and the most gifted contestants will have a chance to start their career in MOL Group, through the “technical career development program UPPP” with a duration of 18 months.
The students of geological sciences, or petroleum engineering project management are invited to enter the competition online from 24 September to 15 October. Subsequently, the candidates will prepare for the participation in the virtual competition, by selecting team members from among friends and other enrolled participants, by interogating the database with querying criterias such as country of origin or type of university studies. The top five teams will participate in the final stage, held in Budapest, where they will compete for a total prize money of 25,000 euros. Also, the most talented young people will receive offers of employment or the participation in the “Technical Career Development Program UPPP” within the MOL Group.

The technical career development program, lasting 18 months, is structured around four pillars, including practical experience, theoretical program focusing on business and technical content and training modules illustrating the activity of MOL Group. The main objectives are to develop entrepreneurial skills and technical knowledge base.
