The Ministry of Economy extends the interim situation and changes four of the Transelectrica supervisors. In the new supervision board formula, three women are appointed – now advisers to the Minister of Justice, State Secretary in the Ministry of European Funds and Secretary General of the Ministry of Economy and university professors at the Academy of Economic Studies (ASE). Reasoning that until the expiry of the management mandates of the provisory members of the Supervisory Board of CNTEE Transelectrica, the selection procedure can not be completed in accordance with GEO 109, the Ministry of Economy, through the Department for Privatization and Administration of State Participations, comes with new proposals of supervisors, also provisory, according to investenergy.ro.

The new proposals are: Adrian Mitroi, ASE professor; Mitrică Alin Sorin – marketing specialist, Dumitru Constantin – having technical and legal skills, Toader Mihaela Virginia – competences in management, Constantinovici Mihaela – competences in legal sciences, Mircea Coşea – ASE and Crisu Nina Carmen – legal science competences. As the majority shareholder, the Ministry of Economy decides to replace Olteanu Gheorghe (CS president), Ilaşi Liviu, Mihalcea Fănel and Ciuculete Ion.
